AMS Health Sciences – “Decent company--hope the bottom line improves”

Pros

A very opptimistic company, that truely valued the rank and file employees. Everyone did their job and even though it was a boring a job we seems to enjoy it. The associates appreciated our help. Because it is/was a 'family' company there is that 'family' company feel to it. It is my understanding that this is no longer the case at AMS.

Cons

Hard for advancement-- It's in the network marketing field. Because it was a 'familiy' company advancement was hard. However, it is my understanding this is no longer the case

Advice to Senior Management

The associates need a better product
