    Pros

    Met a few trusting, fun and friendly staff.

    Cons

    Not prepared to work with qualified employees to help them grow. Negative politics. Poor HR Leadership. Poor Senior Leadership. Does not trust their own employees. Not a flexible company to work for. Work hours are too strict and is like being an inmate rather than an employee. Will try to fire you without giving you a review or providing valid reasons for you termination. You will always have to watch your back when working for this company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Hire quality management staff. Listen to your employees. Train HR to do a better job with HR Policies, Procedures and Employee Relations. Stop all of the back-stabbing, bitterness and throwing employees "under the bus". Figure out a way to retain your employees. First start in retaining employees is to listen to them and treat them fairly. Stop treating everyone like they are below a certain level. You hired them to do a job, so trust them to do that job and not try to embarrass them or hate working for you.

    I worked at ANGARAI full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Great for Entry Level opportunities

    Cons

    Unethical management, problems getting paid on time, did not provide laptop / phone even though it was required for the job, eccentric and vengeful owner.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't know where to start! How about basics like being respectful, keeping your word, paying on time, doing what you say, not going out of your way to hurt people...
