“Good opportunities for experts to showcase their skills”
I have been working at ANSYS full-time for more than a year
Pros – Real world opportunities, good division between technical & non-technical aspects of s/w, descent research freedom, accessible senior management, work is valued with respect and pay
Cons – Restricted research freedom, lack of transparancy in some decisions & strategies, lack of integration with different groups.
Advice to Senior Management – Provide clear, unified and simple long term vision that motivate & instill pride in employees
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
