    Yes, AOL still exists. Even better, it has highly motivated, intelligent, technical people using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to drive the company forward.

    The company's strategy is muddy and difficult to explain, and there is a constant threat of downsizing. This contributes to stress and morale problems.
