ProsGreat work life balance. The company rewards employees who make an impact.

ConsSome internal politics. Some teams have to many directors and not enough people doing work.

Advice to Senior ManagementSome of the people who have been with AOL for 10+ years are cruising. Need to get some great developers.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
