I worked at AOL full-time for more than a year

ProsGave each new employee 100 stock options
There was absolutely no dress code
Employees were provided free accounts

ConsThe pay was minimal
If you worked in member saves you were encouraged to do WHATEVER it takes to keep a member signed up.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay better

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
