    Pros

There are no pros of working for this company.

    Cons

As a level 1 representative, a team lead or a supervisor you have no interaction with APAC at all, other than the name that appears on your paycheck and the image that appears at the bottom of your email signature. The Corporate Human Resource Department determines which policy which policy applies to who. One representative could be written up for a Violation of Company policy and receive either a Verbal, Written or Final Warning and another representative could be fired for the same Violation of Company policy, both being first time offenders of the Company Policy they violated and equal in every sense possible, so there should be no different outcome of the warning between them. If your department closes down and they try to assign you to another department, if you decline and look for other employment opportunities because your original department closed down and seek employment years later, you will not be eligible for rehire. This is a horrible company to work for and is only worth working for if you just need a paycheck and nothing more.

    Advice to Management

Actually care about your employees. Every person I have met, and I have met a lot, does not care and only acts like they do. They preach about the developing strong employee value, but only preach and do not act upon.

    Pros

They do well in providing a 30 min break total for a full time work day. 2 breaks and a lunch. so your looking at a break every 2 hrs...which is needed after dealing with irate customers. Christmas holiday hours are in abundance. You can work 60hr work weeks (overtime pay). Overall Customer attitudes get better as you move up the ranks to different departments. its a job.

    Cons

There's a clean 50/50 mix of supervisors that deserve their roles and the other half just need to get caught in the act. This job requires a lot of constructive criticism. Its annoying to the core...and that is because of their execution of it. Favoritism. Gossip. --- very high school-ish behaviors. Be prepared to deal with being cursed out, if not daily then every other day. Constantly dealing with attitudes and very rude people. Be prepared to repeat the same words/rules/guidelines/info to hundreds of people a day. Very redundant. If your an analytical thinker than you would hate this job. (In other words, if you like to use your brain to actually think about relevant things in life then this job is not for you) It seems as though college students/grads are at the top of the hiring list. Women restrooms need to have the individual trashcans for feminine products in the stalls changed more often. A foul stench emits from the stalls daily but yet the bathroom cleanliness is visually decent. No trash is typically found outside the trashcan. Redundant job. no excitement. Though they try to liven the mood it doesn't quite work unless your into fake office politics and conversations. You spend mandatory overtime hrs during the holidays at work...No time for Family. Not able to take time off during holidays....at all.
