    Poor Morale is running high

    Supervisor (Current Employee)

    I have been working at APAC Customer Services full-time for more than a year


    Pros: Decent salary for supervisors Don't have to work outside when it's… Cons: Upper management is not enaged Favoritism is highly exploited NO sick time OR Vacation time...only PTO...including sups. Policies… Advice to Senior Management: Get your heads out of your asses and stop thinking… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
