    I worked at APAC Customer Services full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

    Good job for recent college grad, or just a job if you're in a bind.

    Cons

    Upper level management had no clue of the product they were representing. No one never knows what to expect on a day to day basis. Operations Manager, Director did not trickle down information that were pertinent to agents job and livelihood. There will always be an excuse as to why you did not receive the correct pay or bonus. You don't get vacation time until 90 days in, you have no benefits, lied about the bonus structured and never received payout. Even after leaving never paid sign-on bonus as promised, never paid stay bonus, never paid monthly bonus for attendance as promised....This job was a set back for me.
