I dont feel like saying anything

It was a pleasure to work with the VP of IT. Was a nice, family like atmosphere while it lasted.

Too many to list: 1. It is not an IT company, so even though the company runs because of web based product, IT never gets the credit. 2. VP of IT is amazing. His management, technical skills, commitment to the company and ability to take care of the team is exceptional. However, the upper management has no faith in him. He gets a new boss every few months, who makes drastic changes. A few months later when the changes do not yield result he gets fired. The VP then sets everything right again, only to have a new boss take over again a few months later. In the few years that I was with the company, this was repeated 4 times. The last one outsourced every IT function, and left the company in a soup.
