“Loved the job, and my boss, they err on teh side of the employee”
Current Employee – been working at ARAMARK
Pros – Huge company, large number of opportunities
Cons – regardless of efforts and profitability at lower levels, no visibility to decision from the top
Advice to Senior Management – If cutbacks required, keep folks taht are producing, not folks that have been around longer for time's sake.
