    I worked at ARAMARK

    Pros

    -Casual about requesting/calling off
    -Will hire anybody

    Cons

-You will never, ever get a raise
-Get promoted to stand manager, still don't get a raise.
-Different managers expect different things and want things done different ways.
-Management speaks to you as though you are a child.

Essentially if you are a teenage looking for a summer job, by all means work for Aramark. Otherwise, no advancement opportunity to speak of, rude and irritating managers, not worth it for anybody else.

The work was nice, but what it came down to was too much work for one.

    I worked at ARAMARK

    Pros

That i got a paycheck with benefits. The work was always changing. The people in the office were polite and curteous.

    Cons

The work load was too much. The work that i had to do was the work of 3 or 4 people. I was only one.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to listen to your worker and make things more tolerable. That way you will have continuity with the staff.
