“Might not be a place for an ambitious person...and only certain types of people can gert ahead”
I worked at ARAMARK full-time for more than a year
Pros – Work-life balance. Work location
They don't pay well, but they don't make you work so hard either.
Cons – Salary, Benefits, Career growth
They don't understand (or pretend not to) that people work hard because they want to advance their careers and get better pay.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
