slow paid (6 months out) for contracted special services
Advice to Senior Management
Underbidding services results in underpaying workers for going the mile and beyond. You may win the job, but not have the loyalty among your employees that you need in order to get it done. The result is disgruntled employees and inferior performance. Both are bad for the reputation of a company.
