my boss and I always got along very well
promoted 3 seperate times
easily able to cross lines of businesses
Cons
refused FMLA time off of work
senior management uncaring and gender discriminating
poor communication regarding contract renewal and job placement
Advice to Senior Management
open lines of communication to your employees and place them in jobs when you make that promise to them. Value your front line staff; they're the "face" of your organization!
