I have been working at ARAMARK part-time (more than a year)

Pros

Free weekends because college campus is closed.

Cons

Unprofessional and disrespectful management. They definitely pick favorites (ONLY the ones who suck up to them). Terrible pay and bad hours. The low pay is not equivalent to all the work that is required.

I worked at ARAMARK full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Good company, good benefits if you are a regular employee, great service to the community.

    Cons

Management is stuck on themselves, obsessed with production numbers, drive employees to unhappiness, union for laundry workers very bad, terrible retirement benefits

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop putting you money into enforcing production rules, and let employees work without added pressure. Many are there for years and know their business, the money lost in this would be the same amount spent currently to enforce the production.
