Cons

Not many jobs out of the cities.
Sometimes the clients are difficult to work with (unreasonable).
Sometimes you are expected to do large catering jobs on the fly.

Advice to Senior Management

Get into the components more. See who is really doing the work at your components. Some of the more remote components are employing managers that are computer illiterate, and some managers who get paid salaries are working a 8-3 schedule.
