    Pros

    Great opportunities for advancement, great work environment, ability to switch to new roles during off seasons.

    Cons

    The hours in Sports, Leisure, Corrections are extremely long with 1-2 days off per week. I averaged a 60 hour work week (12 hour days). Too many corporate 'busy work' programs to track your job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Erik Foss has helped implement new programs and is on the right path. Sometimes hierarchy is based on length of time worked with the company versus who has the best matched skills -this should be changed.
