Pros

The benefits were decent, it had a good location, tools to achieve the work expected, pay was ok for the type of business

Cons

Difficult to advance, employment very cyclicle, as management, labor pool was very low quality (no drug testing) , many difficult to manage.

Advice to Senior Management

They need better mechanisms to advance performing employees. There is not enough recognition for jobs well done managing a unit under high difficulty levels.
