Pros
Flexible hours, Good opportunity to advance in career, different career options advertised internally. managment are easy to deal with. low turnover of staff and good backing from top level management.
Cons
Salary could be better that would be the main drawback. Better training of relief staff for catering duties. No bonuses for targets achieved in catering
Advice to Senior Management
Overall I am happy with this company and would reccomend others to work there, it allows for a good work/life balance compared to many catering jobs.
