Pros

I like the fact that i was offered a better position and was given the opportunity to o implement fresh ideas ans best practices.

Cons

Maybe the distance from home might be the only one.

Advice to Management

Continue to improve on communication.

    Friendly coworkers. Management allowed to set their own goals. Good opportunity for growth and enrollment.

    Cons

    Schedule based on sports games. Training is on the job and pace is very fast.

    I have been working at ARAMARK full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Ability to gain an understanding of Supply Chain Management. Networking with national account representatives with major food manufacturers. Convenient Philadelphia downtown location. Work-place environment is good and I do not feel a burden when coming to work like some other employees with other companies.

    Cons

    The work load is never ending due to being short staff. Middle management micromanages the team which causes delays and unnecessary work. Compensation is not on the level with the amount of work that is performed.

    Advice to Management

    Need to invest more in human capital to reduce the work load and spread it evenly. Promote within in the team since the team members have the most knowledge of the job responsibilities, duties, and procedures.
