I have been working at ARAMARK as an intern (more than an year)

Pros

Mid level management is understanding and easy to work with. They are flexible with my schedule. There are plenty of opportunities to join projects and further develop skills.

Cons

Sometimes mid level management elects to take short cuts and come back to tough questions when they come up later, which can be hard for someone who likes to be thorough from the beginning.

    Pros

will give an unexperienced young person their first job

    Cons

zero employee loyalty, incompetent management, zero room for growth, poor pay, apathetic employees, bloated corporation where corporate decision makers are too far removed from what is actually going on in their stores.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

actually manage your employees and operations. At aramark, there is a strong culture of zero accountability for managers, this needs to change
