I have been working at ARAMARK full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Great work/life balance, challenging workload, approachable management, opportunity to cross departments and lines of business.

Cons

Unorganized restructuring of accounting/finance departments has lead to an unachievable workload for those who have remained loyal and stayed with the company.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show that you appreciate and respect your employees, and be honest in regards to restructuring.

    I worked at ARAMARK full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great hours, made a decent wage for someone just out of high school, company works with you if you if you are taking college classes that will benefit the company.

    Cons

    I honestly do not have any cons about the position I was working at.

    Pros

    Schedule flexibility, the staff I worked with

    Cons

    Pay not worth it- Started out $7.50 because of the hiring manager and worked there for almost 2 years and only got a pay increase to $7.91. New employees would come in with less experience for the exact same job and start off with $8.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    All hiring managers should have same start off pay for employees
