Pros

Good company to work for.

Cons

A lot of change in resent years. A lot is asked of management and you don’t have enough support for the support staff.

    Pros

    They are trying to get better about employee appriciation

    Cons

    Not a lot of movement or promotions leads to a stale environment

    Pros

    Working in management being paid salary and knowing exactly the income you will be bringing home to your family each paycheck. Nice having on office. Freedom to make decisions.

    Cons

    Some of challanges working as a contracted employee is having to report to many superiors.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Aramark has some good benefits and encourage time off to regenerate. I agree but rarely take the time myself.
