I have been working at ARAMARK Schools

    Pros

I guess it would be the hours, works well when you still children in school. Chance for advancement is a high light also.

    Cons

Some of the older managers of school need to get on board with what Aramark is looking for.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Retrain some of your older Managers that didn't work for your company but for the other before you took over. Some seem to not want to change "old habits"
