I have been working at ARAMARK Uniform and Career Apparel full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

None. Other than uniforms to wear and free coffee sometimes in the morning.

    Cons

They will use your body and work you sixty hours a week with your paycheck saying 40 hours a week. They will make you start at five am and work til it gets done and then your making appr. 11 dollars an hour to haul mats and dirty towels and load and unload your own truck and then get your pay docked when they short you product to deliver which is daily. Hard to leave as their is really no time to look for or interview for a new job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Close up . Let Cintas have the market. Your price increases and treating employees like slave labor will and have caught up to you. A customer bill that two years ago was twenty dollars a week is now eighty. Stop promoting the practice of lying to customers about prices / orders / quantities.
