I have been working at ARCADIS full-time for less than a year

Pros – ARCADIS seems to really care about the development and growth of its employees. Great benefits and a good work environment. Because of its size and growth model, there are numerous areas for advancement.

Cons – The company is run by people with a technical background. Growth seems to be limited to a certain level without formal education and hands on experience in the field. Not necessarily a bad thing, the reality of working in this industry.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
