little slow in reactions, takes a long time for taking decisions because of various pillars in the organizations.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

1. give more power or reduces the paraller pillars to the umd of the plant so that he can perform / deliver more.
2. increase the compensation of the workers at least comparable with competitors.

    Pros

    Good benefits, reasonable compensation, lots of free time

    Cons

    Part time work means inconsistency in income during the year, and there is a pay freeze/hiring freeze for most of the company. Part time workers may have difficulty adjusting and making ends meet for a while.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You just lost many talented employees to a competitor because they were prepared to offer compensation consistent with the level of experience and skill exhibited by the employee. The best way to remedy this is to compensate your employees better, and recognize talent instead of squelching it.
