Pros – 1. equal opportunity to share our views / ideas to top management.
2. international exposure on technology.
Cons – little slow in reactions, takes a long time for taking decisions because of various pillars in the organizations.
Advice to Senior Management – 1. give more power or reduces the paraller pillars to the umd of the plant so that he can perform / deliver more.
2. increase the compensation of the workers at least comparable with competitors.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
