Pros – Relaxed work culture. Good benefits. Enough opportunists to work in different teams & products.
Cons – More a power systems company than an Software dev company. Most products are in outdated technologies. Customers dont care for the latest tech features.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
