A Great Career Path

Corporate (Current Employee)
Eldersburg, MD

I have been working at ARHD full-time for less than a year

ProsOwnership that cares about it's largest asset(s), their employees
Lots of activities targeted toward improving employee Morale, football pools, basketball pools, trivia, and a plethora of other "cash awarding" email activities
Company parties, company events, and a great work environment
good leadership team and original owners are still owners, they obviously care about their company and employees
Great company organization and structured work environment
team mentality and great co-workers
career path is provided to you, instead of just "taking a job and being stuck with it", room for advancement
very fair salary compensation, 401k plan with matching, average holiday schedule/vacation, good health benefits for company size, requested time off with little to no issues
lots of perks, show up and do a good job and you will be rewarded with a great company to work for

Consit's work-who wouldn't rather be on the beach enjoying a cocktail
Not really a Con, but you are given the opportunity to go above and beyond what your job requirements are, but you are also awarded by going above and beyond - bonus, raise, promotion, recognition, etc....
Lots of tracking, but ends up being to your own benefit as i have personally become a better business person by learning

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the good work and continue to hire team players that make this an even better place to work

keep looking at ways to improve our retirement programs and benefits to the best of the companies ability

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Weigh your options carefully!

Help Desk Analyst (Current Employee)
Eldersburg, MD

I have been working at ARHD full-time for more than a year

Pros: Work from home, work in multiple networks. Cons: Monthly pay, overworked, no overtime, unappreciated, sneaky, dis-honest, no best practices, does not value the input from employees. The company looks great on paper but… Advice to Senior Management: Quit micro-managing your employees. Read the resume of the person you are hiring to understand their strengths. Apply what… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
