ARIA Resort & Casino Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at ARIA Resort & Casino

Pros – Brand new property so everything is still shiny and new (and working. Very diverse team with many different backgrounds. Extremely well designed from the employees point of view especially when compared to other MGM properties.

Cons – Zero recognition or feedback. No chances to move up.
Management is full of big egos and in some cases a total lack of experience.
Too many people from lesser properties that can't operate at the level needed for a luxury resort.
Also management is completely unaware of all the problems within the property.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employees and hire some people with experience. Also pay fair salaries, just because all other casinos pay their employees poorly doesn't mean you should do the same.
Top talent costs money, also money is a great motivator.
