Pros – 1. One of the top vendor in Cable industry
 2. Enjoy proven stability in joining a company which has a proven track record of technology
     leadership spanning over 55 years
 3. Flexibility of working hours

Cons – 1. Even though its a mid-size company internal promotion prospects are rare.
2. Not much focused in investing on individuals training and development.
3. Annual reviews are for namesake.

Advice to Senior Management – Its a long road before they can effectively capitalize on the software company acquisitions they have made in the past. A lot of synergy needs to happen between the hardware and software division and it can only happen if management can work hard and prioritize this effort.
