Excellent place to work, but that's highly dependent on who your manager is.

Technical Support Engineer (Current Employee)

ProsGood team. Great manager. The work is challenging, and not monotonous. Not everyone knows everything about the same customer issues you have to deal with, so working out technical issues is interesting.

ConsTraining quality for techs isn't good, if you don't have previous cable industry experience... and find someone who has both IT *and* cable industry experience is very difficult.

Advice to Senior ManagementOffer more training.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Pros: The compensation was good well within industry standards. Company is very understanding of work/life balance. A lot of very smart people in… Cons: They are strictly suppliers to the cable TV industry so as the needs of the cable… Advice to Senior Management: Expand the business by selling to telcos like Verizon.     The company is very unstable. Too many managers overseas and hard to communicate
