    Pros

    Great people to work with.

    Cons

Lack of direction from Arris Corporate management.

    Advice to Management

Not enough thought was taken into the Motorola acquisition. Management didn't seem to have a plan in place before acquisition. The process of absorbing Motorola was probably too much for Arris to handle. There are too many good people who are left idle and not fully utilized to their potential. A waste of everyone's time.

    Pros

Great Benefits and talented co-workers in the field

    Cons

Management has little clue about how to bring this company to the next level. Demotivation, lack of vision, lack of direction, lack of professional skills handicap the talent in the field. Promises to clients but not capable of delivering.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your hired talent in the field, treat contractors like human beings, find your ethics, motivate your employees,
