Decent pay, vacation, no lay-offs during recession, good people to work with

    Cons

Lack of modern development practices and upper management direction. May change with recent personal changes.

    Advice to Management

Hire strong leadership in Beaverton and adopt modern development practices.

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Acceptable management team (there are a few weak ones, but also a lot of very good ones). Flex hours. Recognition for a job well done. Periodic town halls to keep us informed. Exciting products with good growth in the industry. Good benefits.

    Cons

Some teams understaffed/overworked. Starting to lose small company spirit. May be slipping behind the new product introduction curve. Leadership team "aging". Need to bring in more young leaders to ensure future success.

    Advice to Management

Conducting CEO round table and skip level meetings might surface some ideas for improvement from us hard working employees in the trenchs. Make sure rewards and recognition are shared equally across all departments... appears slanted towards sales team. Grow a younger managment staff. Need a balance of Sr leaders and younger managers looking/wanting to grow.
