Good culture, Great group of people to work with, career prospects not what they might appear

ProsEasy work, good training, 10% off discount card, store performance related bonus scheme, good people to work with

ConsCareer progression slow, with many people sitting at stepping stones level with very few management vacancies coming up.
No sunday working supplement
Above minimum wage pay - but still very low paid job
I know many single mothers who have left their job to go onto benefits since they are financially better off

Advice to Senior ManagementSpeed up career progression for those who wish further themselves - and open up more management vacancies for those who have been waiting years to get a first appointment as manager.
Introduce a Sunday working suplement
