I worked at ASI System Integration

    Pros

    Very Entry Level.
Able to learn to work on a lot of computer systems and printers

    Cons

    Horrible pay system
Compensation pay sometimes go missed on your pay check. Have to constantly remind management to pay you your compensation money, if not, they don't care.
Management need to show more respect to its employees, especially to their techs who are the breed winners of the company.
Management would take the dispatcher side over a technician side when it comes to ticket and story conflicts. The Techs are the ones out in the field and know what they have to deal with, not the dispatchers- Common sense please.
Management could tell you they need this amount of certification before you go permanent. When you reach the requirement, they say some nancy story that you need something else to become permanent. Main reason why I left.
Dispatchers sometimes are not reasonable when it comes to assigning tickets. They expect you to be at one location to fix a problem in 1 hr and expect you to be at another location that is 2 to 3 hours away but still expect you to be there in an hr. Like do they know who n who do not drive? smh
The management looks as if everyone knows each other meaning, if your a friend of a friend, i'll promote that friend of a friend over someone that is more qualified for what ever position. like what ever.

    They don't micro manage
Staff is nice but lack energy and enthusiasm
    Good coffee
Good location close to Port Authority

    Cons

    Lack of organization
    Lack of technology resources
Many people have worked there for many years and they don't know how to innovate
Worry about what is on the employee handbook instead of logical business practices
Some management staff can be condescending at times

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take more management business courses for how business is done nowadays
Make your own decision without having to relay on one person mostly
Communicate better what is going on with the business
Learn how to promote people before they leave
