Pros – Encourage entry level engineer to join. Suppose can gain a lot of experience. If you are commited to the job, you have chance to shoulder some big role. Most of the colleagues love this company

Cons – The working hours are too long. Many people leaving just because they felt frustrated about the company culture.

Advice to Senior Management – better to calrify the roles, responsibilities and workload more clearly so that the youngser won't think of leaving so soon.
