I worked at ASRC Management Services

Pros – The people are fantastic, and the workplace is relatively flexible. If you have hobbies, school, or anything else that you need to get done, or would like to get done, you have the freedom to do so during work hours.

Cons – There are many challenges to working in a contractor situation and not all of the leaders in this organization are prepared to deal with these types of things. They often roll over instead of protecting their employees, or at least that is how it appears. Even within the organization, there is some turning a blind-eye and not standing up to the subcontractors who work on the same contract and are quite obviously the ones making the calls.

Advice to Senior Management – Be more aware of what is going on with your employees, and stop trying to baby everyone. Those that aren't doing the work should not be treated as if they are equal to those that are busting their butts. Also, take back over the reigns of your contract before you lose it to your subcontractor.
