There's really nothing to say here, management is changing finally so maybe things will end up for the better?

Don't try to do your job without having management play politics with every single decision often resulting in missing deadlines both internally and externally.

    Federal clients keep consultants busy

    Cons

    sr. level project managers are uninterested in employee happiness and well being but rather contract renewal by the federal client. Manager had poor leadership ability and ignorant towards improving work flow strategies; satisfaction with status quo kept department from excelling.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    improve benefits package in order to hire more competent project managers. fire those who satisfied with mediocrity and lack basic business leadership skills.

    Always have one or more 8(a) companies in the ASRC federal family.

    Cons

    Non-billable employees working in the headquarter are just like governmemt people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Profice more support on the remote sites. For the service departments in the headquarter need to define service level agreement. Their response speed is too slow.
