Advice to Senior ManagementYou preach work/personal balance, yet the hours that reps receive and the time off that is available does not accurately reflect this statement. Also if a person gets 30 surveys back and 2 are "bad" 25 receive a 9/10 out of 10 and 3 are 8's...is this person really considered to be a 70% satisfactory rep with customer service? I would say this person really takes care of a large majority of his/her customers and congratulate him/her on a job well done.
