Advice to Management

You preach work/personal balance, yet the hours that reps receive and the time off that is available does not accurately reflect this statement. Also if a person gets 30 surveys back and 2 are "bad" 25 receive a 9/10 out of 10 and 3 are 8's...is this person really considered to be a 70% satisfactory rep with customer service? I would say this person really takes care of a large majority of his/her customers and congratulate him/her on a job well done.

    Pros

    great benifit package
good compensation from hourly wage to commission the harder you work and the more you sell the more you make easy enough

    Cons

scheduling is not always great unless you have been with company for a while and have seniority. Getting time off is a problem as well have to put in for it way in advance.

    Pros

Job security as long as work performance is up to par, competitive hourly rates and commission rates, and good benefits.

    Cons

Outstanding work performance was recognized, however, career advancement to upper management is difficult. Good old fashioned hard work and dedication didn't seem to be enough. If advancement is what you're looking for, brown nosing is a necessity.

    Advice to Management

Look at employees for what they're worth
