Former Employee - Customer Service Representative in Wyoming, MI

    Pros

Great pay & benefits, overall a good place to work. Chance for advancement- if willing to relocate.

    Cons

Need more input from the people actually doing the work when implementing changes to how their jobs are preformed. Management not always working together. Being given mandatory overtime with 2 hours notice, really hard to work around daycare on short notice. Structured.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should work together. Ask the workers for their ideas before making changes-that make their jobs worse not better-because you do not do the job. Better training. Cut some of the manual production tracking tools - it's not productive to spend half of the day telling you what I do, when the computer /and phone system already tracks it for you.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Nashville, TN

    Pros

The comp plan changes often but if you can hit your numbers then you will make 6 figures. With or without a degree, you can make money here.

    Cons

Overtime, No one knows what is going on till it comes down the chain at the last minute (although we don't know where it ever comes from?)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To many chiefs trying to do everything at once
