    Pros

Good pay, fair treatment within my group. Other groups really were unhappy with management.

    Cons

You never new when your job would be outsourced and you were out of a job

    Advice to Management

Middle management and clerical employees are real people too

    Pros

The pay and benefits are very good at AT&T. It is the only reason why I and many others stay with the company.

    Cons

The downside is limited growth, micromanagement, power tripping managers, and limited flexibility in the call centers. Unless there is time available on the vacation schedule, you are expected to be at work - regardless of the situation. Now, the company has reduced the pay in the call centers but same type of rules.

    Advice to Management

Well, management and union would probably not agree. Allow flexibility - sick time or emergency time. Or the ability for people to take care of emergencies - even at no pay.
