Work at AT&T if you want stability and not too much money

DOS (Current Employee)
Phoenix, AZ

Prosworking at at&t is a good gig. They are pretty stable and if you can get in with the right pepole who can protect you, you are golden. Politics are supreme!!!

ConsService delivery is crutial and needs some dedication to improvement. Selling is easy, but providing the services that were contracted at the time contracted would be best.

Initially interesting and challenging, but over years has become repetitive, non-innovative and bureaucracy-laden.

I have been working at AT&T

Pros: There are some excellent opportunities to work on new technologies and services in the wireless industry, if you're lucky enough to be in a group… Cons: The concept of "One AT&T" hasn't really permeated throughout all of the groups. There is still a lot of distrust and competition between marketing, engineering… Advice to Senior Management: Try not only listening to what your experienced technical and marketing staff members are telling you or suggesting, but actually act upon the comments. … No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
