Pros

This company has the best of everything when it comes to the latest technilogical advances in communications.

Cons

Upper management doesn't seem to be aware of the intrapersonal incompetence of some of their lower management personnel.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Upper management should conduct more blue-collar to white collar meeting to improve pending indifferences between the two factions.

Challenging yet rewarding if you don't get hung up in the beaurecratic processes necessary for doing your job.

I have been working at AT&T

    Pros

Top pay, excellent benefits, and ample time off.

    Cons

Some processes are cumbersome and time consuming.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Customer surveys are not as valuable as you think. Treat your employees well, expect great results, eliminate those who are doing their job well regardless if they are management or union, and the results will speak for themselves.

    I worked at AT&T

    Pros

The pay, benefits and vacation time was the one and only pro because everything else was awful. I cannot stress how great the benefits were.

    Cons

The cons of working for AT&T call center is too much to name, but the center manager made the work place literally a living hell for everyone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If I had to offer any advice to management, it would be to listen to your workers and ask them directly what the overall moral and retention level was so low.
