  2. Major focus on wireless but at the peril of other parts of the business

    Pros

Pay is competitive and health benefits when combined with HSA or FSA are better than average. Vacation and sick time is adequate.

    Cons

Business Services side of the house is a bit disorganized they are pushing One AT&T as a mantra but it's a bit difficult to coordinate between service lines even under the same VP. Many service offerings are not well understood at levels above your 2nd or 3rd line manager. The decision making process at the upper levels has resulted in some degradation in skill sets through letting the wrong folks go. A project manager does you no good when the technical skills are not present.

    Advice to Management

Wireless is important but many gains could be realized in better coordinating business service offerings.
