It is a great company to work with, politics outweigh results.

    Pros

Amazing benefits, great people to work with, Diverse Workforce, and great career option.

    Cons

Lower Management is not in sync with the corporate vision.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Really take a look at the mid-level managers, and how they treat their people. A number of companies have found that when you treat your employees like people (they preform better).

    I worked at AT&T full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Interview process was very positive and paid training

    Cons

    1. Training horrible - had to be there to understand how bad it was. Lied to about when you would go on phones. Very negative and unnecessarily stressful.
    2. Environment - antagonistic and combative. Meetings with your supervisor on a weekly basis about how your numbers could improve. Rarely given positive feedback.
    3. If asked would tell a person don't bother working for them. Most people don't last 6 months.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get rid of negative tactics. Most people don't respond to them in a positive manner.
