Sales managers that understand the products and can train the people under them and not just refer them to a online web overview

I have been working at AT&T

    Pros

If you enjoy technology and cell phones, it is fun. My co workers were great and we chose to make the job enjoyable

    Cons

Everyone gets a raise regardless if they deserve it or not when hired as a bargained associate. This eliminates the ability to motivate for greatness. Also if you get promoted to management, the raise is a joke.....so as you stop gettin raises due to "the company saving money," your associates continue to get 3 a year...so eventually you manage individuals who make more money than you. Pay is not worth the work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Value your management staff and pay them accordingly.
