I have been working at AT&T part-time (less than a year)

Pros

pay and benefits are well above and beyond similar positions, also you tend to be on the cutting edge of technology

Cons

very strict on what some would consider unimportant details of everyday duties but each company has these issues some where.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

most listen to employees and get there responsibilities done much quicker
