Pros

great people to work with there is great upper management

Cons

there is no chance for a well qualified rep to move up in the company the comp plan for a non wired store there is no way for us to make really good money

    flexability, and if you like to talk to people its awesome

    The hours.... and people just being plain rude

    hire some more people. the wait times are sometimes very high for the customers

    I worked at AT&T full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    - More recognition & visibility
    - Free phones, service
    - Decent pay for no needed college degree

    Cons

    - Upper management may prevent you from exceeding goals for fear of quota being raised
    - Area management does not care about, they are too numbers driven
    - If your manager sucks, you will be miserable
    -Must stay in position for 1-2 years before being moved into a different role

    Listen to your assistant managers more, they will only help you
